If you have not been logged in for more than 2 months (from April 10, 2021), you will have to create a new account. Of course you keep access to your previously purchased patterns. Please e-mail us in case you want us to e-mail you the pattern again (we will check this according to your e-mail address and we will only resend the pattern to the same e-mail adress).
From now on (April 10,2021) your account will be stored for 2 years if you are not using it. You can always create a new account.

Ordered a pattern?

Please also check you spam box after you ordered the pattern, it is possible the pattern is there.
After the payment is done, the pattern is also available in “your account“.
Pattern not available here? We probably updated the pattern. Send us an email and we send you the pattern by mail.

Heb je een patroon besteld?

Kijk ook even in je spam, het kan zijn dat het patroon daar binnenkomt.
Nadat de betaling is voldaan is het patroon ook altijd beschikbaar via “mijn account“.
Staat het patroon hier niet bij? Dan hebben wij een update op het patroon uitgevoerd. Stuur ons dan even een mailtje en dan mailen wij het patroon naar je toe.
